            -April 22: Earth Day

            -April 26: Professional Learning Day for Teachers. No school for students

We have been learning about 5 senses.

   

e read the book,

 After reading the book we outside to use our five senses to explore nature. 

 we had our eyes closed  and predict what we we touching or hearing.

 Which sense do we need for this?

The rock was smooth                                              We  heard a plane. Which sense did we use

 sharp and spiky.... How did I know?

We talked about how we all are different and have different needs, likes and dislikes. to understand this more we read the book,

 A beautiful book about we all need our space. It is okay to be by ourselves for some time. As a friend it is okay to inquire about a friend and then respect their wishes.

We had lots of fun in Gym!
